I started menopause 7 years and found out that vitiligo started spreading like wildfire around my ankles, feet, legs and expanded more on my elbows and hands. Has this happened with anyone else? Is there a link between vitiligo and hormone changes?

Yes, I think so. When I first had it, it was during the beginning of menopause. I assumed it was hormones, asking my doctor about it, but they said it would not cause vitiligo, but it happened at the same time so I think so.
