Also, after one year, I have had minimal response to Opzelura. Has anyone had experience adding narrowband uvb to Opzelura?

I have not discussed this with any doctor because it scares me. However I have the question of whether this is to return the skin color and is it an ongoing treatment? Is it expensive treatment?

My son ( 17 yr now) was diagnosed with Vitiligo in 2022. He initially had only one patch on his forehead and on his leg. We reside in London and it took lot of time to get a Dermatology appointment. November 2022, his Vitiligo started spreading rapidly and he had patches in his scalp with white hair, nape of his neck, shoulder, palm, feet, stomach, back and legs. Dr. Lim just approved this for me as it is 40 minutes to treatment each way and getting harder with work. I am just wondering if it will be a big machine as well, how would I operate it alone, and where would I put it?

Would love to hear from someone who has done this.

And - I am not even sure yet if my insurance will cover it yet.
