I have had Vitiligo for a very long time and have done a lot of studying of Vit. I have been going to doctors for a long time that are experts in Vit. I can tell you from experience that some regular doctors are clueless about Vitiligo. You are lucky if you find one that can recognize what it is on the first exam. Many years ago when I first discovered a small white spot on my neck the doctor gave me inching powder. You need to find a doctor that specializes in Vitiligo. I have never had any major issues with eye sight so in my opinion Vitiligo does not affect eye sight but again my vision was also not perfect. If your daughter is having any eye issues, I would think that may be an isolated issue, but that is just my opinion. I wish you the best.

I don’t there is any relation between vitiligo and her eye condition. It seems like she had a lazy eye .
