Melanocytes grow from base of hair shaft and faces hairy so the eye drops people actually use to get thick eyelashes sometimes Koreans figured out to use the eye drops on your lost pigment areas. Could grow more hair so I saw discontinued by a few people who had that happen

I do t see a reason you couldn't but the face repigments fast. I have UV light treatment and the pigment came back over the course of about 9 weeks. Cover your eyes though as in eyeball eyelid area.

The way you go about it is probably dangerous like micheal Jackson bleaching his skin
