I may be in the minority with this response, but I lay in the sun without sunscreen for a short while a few times a week, and my Vitiligo is improving. I don't burn in those areas, but they turn a slight pink. But it is improving it for sure.

I used to cover up and or wear 50 spf sunscreen. Since treatment with Opzelura started the sun is my friend. I try to get 30 minutes of sun each day. My freckles/re-pigmentation has accelerated. Not sure how much is too much but no sunburn yet.

Large floppy hat that has a neck drape. Spray on sunscreen.
