Thank you for this information. I too use Opzelura ,have for a number of years, and have not found it to be effectivce on returning the pigmentation to my hands or feet. Even my elbows are slow to return pigmentation.

Melanocytes (pigment-producing cells) live in hair follicles, which is why areas with more hair follicles typically respond better to treatment. To potentially improve results, consider discussing combining Opzelura with narrowband UVB phototherapy with your healthcare provider. Survey data shows that people using both treatments together reported higher satisfaction levels compared to those using Opzelura alone. Remember that repigmentation requires some exposure to light (either natural or through phototherapy) to be most effective.
