Does anyone use a IV lamp or laser phototherapy at home? Has it been successful? Which one do you use? Can you please share a link
I looked into the clinics that does the laser but it’s so expensive and my insurance doesn’t cover it
Saw this post from 3 months ago but didn’t see any responses. Very interested as I recently got diagnosed
I do light therapy treatments twice a week for the past 1.5 yrs and it’s worked great ! My face was my main concern and area who he’d cleared up better than it was ! NO white patches .. but consistency is the KEY and I also used tacrolimus ointment and some new cream that was prescribed combined with them light treatments and WOW🤩
I am light so I started with 30 seconds on the softer areas and increased by 10 secs the next two days if not pink. Bony areas like my knees and hands i started at 50secs.
Just be careful and be consistent. I do the treatment every three days and have been noticing many areas of freckling after about 20 treatments.
Be patient, it takes time

Hi
I have been using a Solarc SolaRx lamp e-series from Canada. You can google this company. I decided to buy this standing lamp because I was getting good results from the hand held lamp but very time consuming. My pigmentation is coming back slowly but surely.
You have to be patient and very careful to follow instructions so you don’t burn yourself.
Hope this helps🙏🏼🌺
