Vitiligo And Vitamin D
just curious -- since I am one of the 99% lost pigment and incredibly sensitive to sun and avoid it 99% of the time -- anyone else in this situation? do you have to stay on top of D levels with supplements regularly or just expose yourself anyway?
I do take Vitamin D Also when outside I use 50 spf sunscreen. (Lotion not spray)
I tske it daily more for the perimenopause and the fatigue and moodiness lol! I take 2000 mg and a multivitamin with additional 800 mg. In the winter I take a lil more. I do avoid sunning but do like to go for walks and be outside. I have to use sunscreen.
I cant take the sun my skin will start itching. I take vitamin D
Has Anyone Tried Light Therapy?
I Was Told By A Health Provider To Take Vitamin D3 And Magnesium Glycinate To Slow Down The Vitiligo.
