Vitiligo And Vitamin D

A MyVitiligoTeam Member asked a question 💭

just curious -- since I am one of the 99% lost pigment and incredibly sensitive to sun and avoid it 99% of the time -- anyone else in this situation? do you have to stay on top of D levels with supplements regularly or just expose yourself anyway?

I tske it daily more for the perimenopause and the fatigue and moodiness lol! I take 2000 mg and a multivitamin with additional 800 mg. In the winter I take a lil more. I do avoid sunning but do like to go for walks and be outside. I have to use sunscreen.
