Does anyone here have genital vitiligo and lichen sclerosis? How do you manage? Any product recommendations to relieve the itching and cuts?

Hello - My doctor prescribed Estragyn Vaginal Cream 0.5gm to apply into the vagina twice a week. She also prescribed Clobetasol Propionate (ointment) to apply externally - twice a week also - no more than the size of a pea. A tube of the latter (50g) lasts me over one year. Both products relieve atrophy, itching, cuts and irritation. On a separate note, my naturopath suggests to replace the Estragyn Cream with Estriol Cream which is a weaker and better form of estrogen therapy. Estriol can be made/found in compounding pharmacies. Good luck.
