How Do I Treat Sunburn On My Vitiligo Patch?
A MyVitiligoTeam Member asked a question πŸ’

I was taking part in a football tournament today. The weather was gloomy but over time the sun 🌞 showed up which is rare in the UK πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§.

I made the silly mistake of not putting on sun block.

Now both my arms which near enough covered in vitiligo has turned pinky redish.

Any suggestion what I can do.

I won't make the mistake of remembering to put on sunblock.

Yes you need to be careful even when it’s over cast and keep your Long sleeve on hats and make sure to reapply every 80 minutes

Aloe works for me. I would suggest growing an aloe plant. They grow inside well, dont like too much water. Great to soothe skin. Great in general even on non sunburned skin.
