I’ve Just Been Diagnosed With Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis.

It’s a mild case right now, but I don’t know what expect down the road. Any advice on how to live healthfully with this condition?

I was diagnosed Hashimoto thyroiditis over 33 years but vitiligo for a few months (stress, trauma, and hormone changes due to menopause). On 100mcg thyroxine daily and my blood work had been stable. I think best remedy against the free radical is to give yourself a holiday! I continued my sun shining and opzulera does not work on me after 6 months (though I am still applying twice daily). Guess on multivitamin would not harm

Thank you, GB. So happy to learn that you had success with the therapy you describe.

Eat Brazil nuts, take Spirulina powder, frankincence essential oil in roller with jojoba oil over your thyroid on neck, massage your thyroid. You can pretty easily get your thyroid back to normal. I certainly have.
