Embrace it! Research people that live with it gracefully! I wear alot of cute Vitiligo t-shirts and people come up and ask questions.

UVB Worked brilliantly for me within 6 months 80% was back to normal and stayed that way since ,2013. My hands and feet never fully repigmented and will flare up on my hands if I dont do maintenance of UVB of once or twice a week. Celery, carrot and green apple juice also helps. Taking Alpha lipoic acid, omega 3, B12 all important also
