Thanks Steve. Wow. With all the fanfare about opzelura, I’m surprised. I just started today on rinvoq (upadacitinib) which is also a JAX inhibitor. I’m expecting a repigmentation in about 90days.
I’d appreciate hearing from you when you start to observe any repigmentation.

I’m on opzelora for about 5 months . I also do narrow band uvb light therapy three days a week. I have large areas of vitiligo. All my spots are showing repigmentation. My vitiligo spots are very large and multiple areas. It is going to be a long time before all my spots are normal color. I use self tanner to try and blend my exposed spots as best as I can .

I will say that I stopped using opzelura for a little and my spots came back quickly.

I’ve been using opzelura for a 14 months with amazing results and slight side effects. Mostly just headaches and acne but nothing too bad.

I have used opzelura for 6 months and no change. 8 weeks or so I started with a new product. It's a oral pill called povorcitinib.These are both JAX inhibitors. I was told they have had very good results. I was told that by week 20 you should see a difference.
