I use a sinus rinse called Alcolol and use it to rinse my sinuses in the morning and sometimes the evening. Also seems to stop migraines when I use it full strength in the baby dropper. Sometimes I will also use it in the am and then use the Navage with Menthol pods at night. I also use local raw honey and Coffee and together all seem to mitigate the severity.

Hi lovelies!!! I use Flonase nasal spray 2x day and take Zyrtec daily. I just started this season the other day. But have been on this snot 4 yrs. About 1-2 yrs after the white spots. But I noticed I get scratches/ abrasions that hurt out of no where then sometimes gone the next day, depending what I put on them. I go to the dermatologist next week after Almost 2yrs. She was useless. My pcp has just been trying different creams, etc. none of which have really worked, I think maybe my forearms, hands have improved a bit but my chest thighs and face still seem the same. Does anyone see anything with their nails and scalp? My pcp says I might have psoriasis do yard shy he’s sending me to the dermatologist. We’ll see what happens next wk. I just think it’s a big circle and I never get anywhere with any doctor or medication. I think it’s the mold in my home, soon as I lived out almost 6 yrs ago I got them over couple yrs. Now I just had to move back there last week unfortunately. It’s so so bad. Extremely frustrating. But at this point after 5 years I really don’t care to even try to cover any spots up w/makeup or long sleeves/pants, I don’t have anyone to impress- except myself I’m not embarrassed anymore. So so you beautiful people should be the same, if you do get embarrassed, don’t let it bother you. It’s not worth stressing over something you can’t control. Love and light 💖
