Its better to have a blood test with the consultation of a dermatologist and then go for supplements and medicine together.

What I did was research my immune system to identify which behaviors triggered more inflammation in my body.

- I reduced my stress
- I use only olive oil
- I take 10,000 IU of Vitamin D
- I take B12, Zinc, Copper, and Magnesium
- I get sun exposure for 15 minutes at noon, four times a week (covering almost 95% of my body)
- I drink 2.5 liters of water daily
- I reduced my sugar intake
- I run for 30 minutes at least four days per week

I'm glad to say that after 10 months being constant, I recovered 95% of my facial color and significantly improved pigmentation in other areas.

I encourage you to make your own research on vitamin D as a natural immunomodulator for the immune system. :)
