anyone with vitialgo has autoimmune deficiency with IGA and IGM? My 7 years old was recently diagnosed with IGA IGM deficiency and vitialgo

It seems that his vitialgo is getting worse and some red spots also showing. He hardly eat and lacks iron. Anyone with similar condition or has some info please share. I am sharing a photo of some of his spots.
