I dread the summer now that it will be hot sun and beaches but unfortunately not for me because of my Vitiligo!!😥 l have had it for 29 years!

If so, have you experienced success? I am researching for possible treatment for my 10 year old. Topicals and phototherapy have been giving her anxiety and I'm trying to find alternative treatments for now.

I’m wondering what other conditions people got after being diagnosed with vitiligo. Or before for that matter. I’ve seen some discussions of psoriasis. What other conditions did you get? Did they come before or after the vitiligo?

Hi, i have made two appointments that have taken months to get. One in Florida and one in Raleigh NC. The doctor in NC spent about 3 minutes with me, prescribed Opzelura and left. i told her my vitiligo was growing rapidly and she showed zero interest in a follow up. can someone recommend a good dermatologist in the Triangle area? My vitiligo is spreading every day even with Opzelura. The itching is terrible. thx in advance

I was diagnosed with Vitiligo at the age of four. I am now 28 and turning 29 this year. The hands and legs are covered in a white pot. Originally, they were only on my face. In my research on the internet, my symptoms seem to be quite similar to those of idiopathic guttate hypomelanosis. Although statistics show that it occurs when you are older and not when you are young.

I have no insurance. And want some insite as to what I can use over the counter to fade the vitiligo spots? It's spreading everywhere faster than ever before. Is it something I am eating?
