I have segmental vitiligo since Nov. 2021. I have 3 small spots on the top of my right foot (vent). I am 55 years old with no history in my family. I am presently treating it with Opzelura and UVB twice a week.... no changes. Anyone out there with similar scenario? For those who had effective re-pigmentation with home use handheld machine, do you use narrow band 311 UVB or latest excimer laser with 308 wavelength UVB?

Dr. Lim just approved this for me as it is 40 minutes to treatment each way and getting harder with work. I am just wondering if it will be a big machine as well, how would I operate it alone, and where would I put it?
Would love to hear from someone who has done this.
And - I am not even sure yet if my insurance will cover it yet.
