Most people haven't done a lot of me. But I had one guy tell me to use Head and Shoulders. I told him it wasn't the same thing and he was insistent. I finally said "dude I have had vitiligo for over 40 years, pretty sure I know what I'm talking about!!!" 🤣🤣🤣

I’ve had Vitligo so long it doesn’t bother me as much now as it did before l retired. Age gives you a don’t care attitude think of me what you want, l am a child of God and l know l am beautiful. Got to think positive. There is no cure. Something might slow it down but it doesn’t take it away.

I actually am still adjusting to my spots myself. I am very comfortable around family and friends, but when I do notice a stare, I just try smile and keep it moving. It has been an adjustment, but I am getting better.

I give the person my card and tell them about Vitiligo. They are able to look at my website and Instagram. I travel to festivals and set up a Vitiligo Awareness booth. I am now living the RV life so I am able to meet so many people. 💜 I am finding out that so many more people have Vitiligo now. I think that the stress of the past couple of years has definitely been a reason for this.
