Is there anyone here who used ruxolitinib? because I am from far away country and it is very hard to find it and also it's too expensive I just want to know if it's effective before I purchase it

If you use it consistently, it is worth every penny. I used it for 6-7 Months and my spots improved significantly! But I also haven’t been using it lately and the spots are coming back slowly..
