My son has various medical conditions the one that bothers him the most which doesn't affect him the same as his health is his vitiligo due to how cruel others can be. His vitiligo has progressed very quickly. Is there any tips or advice to help him see he is beautiful no matter what others may say.
Thanks
Gemma
Hello,
MY daughter was diagnosed with Vitiligo at the age of 12 now 2 years later we are still dealing with it. We have been very fortunate to have kept our under control. But I will say I am very noritic about staying on top of it. It has been more challenging these days as we are in the thick of the teenage years :-)
I took my daughter to a homeopathic clinic and it showed that she was lacking and enzyme in her gut. We did a liver detox and cleaned out her gut with supplements...all plant based. In conjunction with the supplements we did a laser 2-3 times a week called Xtrac. My daughter regimented almost 99%. You cant tell that she has it now but unfortunately I see some spots coming back and my dermatologist just got rid of the Xtrac so now we are trying to get an in home phototherapy light. I do believe that these work. The key is to be consistent which is challenging these days.
Best of luck to you and your son. Hang in there I think that there is going to be some amazing treatments to come in the near future.
