Yes, it works for me. I have vitiligo spots above my eye lids, but it causes a burning sensation over there. I started applying pimcrolimus there instead.
Tacrolimus works on other parts. I had left the treatment for almost 10 years... I started again recently. With consistent application and sunlight exposure the repigmentation will happen, hopefully.

Used on my toddler, 80% repigmentation by week 8. Early diagnosis and consistency really helped.

No did not work for me, and it burned or felt really hot when the weather was nice.
I think the burning sensation will subside the more you use it.
