Stress And Vitiligo

My daughter's Vitiligo spread like wild fire after her year end exam. She is only 12 and are not naturally prone to stress at all and exams at her age are not even that big a deal. This is worrying to me as there are a lot more stressful events to come. We do not put ANY pressure on any of our kids for marks at school - they must just always do their best - we know what each one's potential is. That’s a hard one because these last 2 years my vit has been “ off the chain! Progression. But I’m trying to educate myself more, make some dietary changes, get more rest & exercise, will see if it helps!

Have you tried therapy so she can talk about her feelings. There are natural drops for kids that can help to relax... just trying to think with you
