Thanks- I’m referring to oral steroids. I’m just a little leery about pill form steroids. I’ve tried all of the creams but my Derm is saying that since I’m seeing a pretty active spread across my body, the pills should help.

TDColes I don't use steroid but I have read online the best steroid cream for vitiligo would be corticosteroids to reduce inflammation and suppress the immune system. Some commonly prescribed topical corticosteroids for vitiligo include betamethasone, fluticasone, hydrocortisone and clobetasol. I suggest you to have an open conversation with your dermatologist of your concerns using Demexadone, do your research of alternatives and this will give you an opportunity to decide on the correct steroid for your vitiligo. 😄

What oral pill are you taking. I thought the pill was still in the final stage of clinical trial.
