Same, the Opzelura did work at first on my hands along with light treatments. It cleared almost all the way up then started returning to which it was worse than when I started. Are you saying you used the oral 50mg Litfulo?
I used it for about 9 months but continued my light treatment 2-3x a week. I had hundreds of spots but the light treatment helped significantly for me before I tried Opzelura. I only have a few spots on my face and neither the light treatment or the cream worked. The Opzelura did nothing for my hands and I have continued the light treatment but still have minimal to no facial recovery and some white spots still on my hands. The light treatment helped the rest of my body significantly.
You know what... I felt the same way. I used it for several months my hands got better then suddenly became active in the middle of using it. When it came back it was way worse than it had ever been. You just confirmed it for me.
Opzelura has not changed much on me. Helps the face and is easy on the skin, but the hands actually worsen with it for me.
