Hi, I’m a patient with wide spread vitiligo, caused from Shrogrens disease, went through years on protopic& desonide . Was somewhat successful with repigmentation , pretty sure not able to use on eyes. At present on Zeljanz XR 11 mg. & light booth therapy,3 times/ wk. repigmentation is RMARKABLE!!!!!!!. After 11/2 years now 95% repigmented!!! I’m only able to tolerate Zeljanz 3 days a week, as it’s very potent!!! Repigmentation was better when taken every day! The side effects are many, every patient is different!!! I’m very sensitive!! Reach out to Dr. Harris, he’s Brilliant& an expert in research& All Vitiligo treatments!!! I’m sure he can help provide either an answer or a directive of where you can access help! Good luck🥰

Thank you Eric for your response, I really appreciate it! I live in suburban Chicago, looked into clinical trials near me, I'm not getting a straight answer. Could you please tell me what my son could do to , what ointment or treatment can reverse his white eyelashes, due to vitiligo. He had original dark eyelashes until he was 9 years old, he is now 18.This saddens him.

By the way do you think jak inhibitors are effective in treating vitiligo, won't cause any body harm? Is that a treatment that you would consider for yourself, not trying to be nosy. I appreciate your opinion Eric!!
