Does anyone follow a particular diet following your vitiligo diagnosis? What would a typical breakfast/lunch/dinner look like?

I'm reading lots of literature on reducing or eliminating dairy, fish, meat ( aside from chicken) and citrus fruits, turmeric, some vegetables, junk food (obviously) and a whole host of other things. It appears one would need to follow a really strict diet to trial and error what triggers patches.

I was just diagnosed with V last week after having the pigmentation problem for a probably 5 or so years. Earlier this year, I requested a full thyroid panel because I was experiencing hypothyroid-esque symptoms. The only thing to come back abnormal (and it was very mild) was my T3. It was low. But I do notice that psoriasis seems to get more attention regarding pamphlets and mentions compared to vitiligo which makes you feel more like a freak with this secret hushed not high profile issue.
